Fujitsu Speedport Hardware

There are two different models for this Fujitsu modem. One is an RA12, which was the original model, that requires a crossover cable. The other model is RA14 which requires a straight-through cable. The model number is on a sticker on the back of the modem in the top left-hand corner.

Power - Multipin connection for the power supply wall transformer cable.
Data - RJ-45 connection for the Ethernet cable (crossover).
Line - RJ-11 connection to the wall plate.

The AC adaptor is plugged in to the multi-pin jack on the back of the modem and in to a power source. The ethernet cable is inserted in to the Data port on the back of the modem and insterted in to the ethernet jack on the computers network card. The telephone cord is plugged in to the wall jack and inserted in to the port marked Line on the back of the modem.
