Windows NT - DSL Connection

Before you begin, you will need the following information:

Open the Control Panel and double click the Network icon.

Click the Protocols tab. Highlight the TCP/IP Protocol and click the Properties button.

Click the IP Address tab. Select your network card in the Adapter drop down box. Select the Specify an IP address option. Enter your assigned IP address, Subnet Mask, and Default Gateway into the appropriate fields.

Click the DNS tab. Enter your username into the Host Name field. Enter expedient.net into the Domain field.

To enter your Expedient DNS Servers, click the Add button in the DNS Server Search Order section. Enter the server address, and click OK. Click here for the list of Expedient DNS servers. Enter expedient.net for the Domain Suffix Search Order.

Click the WINS Address tab. Select your network card from the Adapter drop down box. There should be no numbers specified in the Primary and Secondary WINS Server boxes, and both check boxes should be unchecked.

Click OK, then OK again. Restart your computer when prompted.
