Outlook Express 5 - Multiple Users
You can setup multiple users in Outlook Express 5 by using the Identities feature. To do this, Open Outlook Express. Click the File menu and choose Switch Identity.
A message will come up asking if you want to close the current connections. Choose Switch.
The original Outlook Express identity should be listed on the Identity screen. If necessary, you can rename this identity with a more descriptive name. Click the New button to create a new identity.
Enter a name for this identity in the Identity Name field. We recommend using either a name or email address for identity names. Click OK.
Choose your new identity and click the OK button. Outlook Express should then open the Account Setup Assistant. Click here for instructions to setup the second identity.
