Windows XP - DSL Connection
Before you begin, you will need the following information:

Open the Control Panel. Click the Network and Internet Connection option, then choose Network Connections. Note: If the Control Panel is in Classic View, double click the Network Connections icon.
Under LAN or High-Speed Internet, right click Local Area connection and select Properties.
On the General tab, highlight Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and click Properties.
Select Use the following IP address. Enter your assigned IP address, Subnet mask, and Default gateway.
Select Use the following DNS server addresses. Enter your Expedient DNS servers into the appropriate fields. Click here for the list of Expedient DNS servers.
Click OK, then OK again. Close the Network Connections screen. You may need to restart your computer for the new connection to become active.
