See the Deepmetrix LiveStats FAQ for instructions on how to access and use your LiveStats. Additional help for using Livestats is available after logging on or available here.

To logon and view your statistics, go to http://livestats.stargate.net and enter your domain (www.yourdomain.com) as the Server ID; leave the other fields blank (see screenshot below).

Customers who do not have stats can use the Raw Logs (Deimos): http://logs.domain.com:99/ and use WWWStat: HTTPd Logfile Analysis Software.
