How to add an Email or Email Alias to your account
Depending on the Expedient service you have purchased, a specified number of email and email aliases may be included with your service for free.
The Family Smart Pak and Residential DSL includes 4 email, 6 email aliases, and 1 dial-up (IP) account. If you wish to add an email or alias to your Family Smart Pak or DSL account:
- Log on to http://my.expedient.net with your Expedient email address and password.
- On the Services menu, select Add Email/Alias and then select Add Smart Pak Email or Add Smart Pak Alias. When adding an email address to your account, please note that there are certain limitations when selecting characters. Refer to Valid Email addresses for more information.
If you have a Personal Internet Access account and wish to add another email or an email alias to your account, we recommend that you consider upgrading to our Family SmartPak. The package includes 4 email, 6 email aliases and personal webspace (if desired) for only $3.00 more a month. As an alternative, you can purchase email or aliases as additional services. To purchase additional services or to upgrade your account:
- Log on to http://my.expedient.net with your Expedient email address and password.
- Select Purchase Service on the Services menu or, to upgrade to a Family Smart Pak from a Personal Internet Access account, select Upgrade Services.
